SOFware was founded by a team of NSW operators with a combined 50+ years of NSW/SOF experience. Our CEO and lead architect, John Dowd, is a former SEAL Platoon Commander who has fostered a deep working knowledge of the Assessment, Selection, Training, Development, and Mentorship of elite forces at the highest levels of SOF and Federal Law Enforcement.
